Hotel Maya Caprice - Wengen

Hotel Maya Caprice is located right next to the train station but still feels peaceful. The staff makes you feel like family, especially Sanja, Nikki, and Demetri, who provide great service. The restaurant is fantastic, serving beautiful and delicious dishes. Our room had a amazing mountain view from the balcony that was lovely.

What a such wonderful stay, no reason to complain. Ideal and clean hotel, magnificent views of the Lauterbrunnen valley. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good size bathroom and a balcony and a patio in the room. Amazingly efficient staff throughout. Amazing and lovely location - very close to Wengiboden. Plenty of food in the venue, indoor restaurant.

Make sure you stay in the triple room with fantastic view. Its location is amazing & stunning, near skiing.

The pillows were thin and uncomfortable.

The restaurant was great for excellent food, I tried warm dishes. The location was marvellous and brilliant - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. Easy to get to a train station, as it was minutes away from the venue: )

Room had a amazing view of the Lauterbrunnen Valley from the balcony. Spacious and clean with a comfortable vibe. Breakfast offered freshly baked pastries and high-quality coffee. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and delicious dishes. Spa facilities were relaxing, especially the outdoor hot tub with fine views of the mountains.

Location very central and yet quiet.

Location: the hotel was just off certain areas. The bed was very exceptionally comfortable and the room was reasonably spacious and updated. We had a NICE stay that met all requests, would come here again.

The mountain view from our balcony was fine, but the mattress was too hard.

We have stayed at the Caprice before and the standards of care and hospitality remain excellent. The location is second to none and we were lucky to have some excellent weather for our stay. We will be back again.

I loved how it was just outside the train station, making it super easy to explore the Lauterbrunnen Valley Waterfalls and enjoy a lovely dinner with live music on Fridays, and the views from my room's balcony were amazing, bringing me one step closer to nature with every glance.

The view from the balcony and the breakfast room is just wonderful. The staff extremely attentive, nice and friendly - without being intrusive. And an absolute must, of course, is the dinner - the kitchen deserves a high score. :)

Views that Steal Your Breath

Waking up to panoramic vistas of the Swiss Alps was pure magic! The warm hospitality was nice, especially dining on the balcony while enjoying very nice mountain views.

There was some noise from the nearby trains, which interrupted my peaceful moments. I wished for a few more choices at breakfast to match the fine surroundings.

Good restaurant, spacious room with balcony and view of the Jungfrau, friendly service. Short way to Wengen train station.

The images on the Internet suggest a more modern equipment than it actually is.
